Starting with September 2014 to the present day the boy has no ability for the normal existence because of that fact that Ukraine does not provide necessary medicines (Novoseven) that would help the child live a normal life.

Unfortunately, Maxim’s family (which consist of father and mother) has no such financiall opportunity to buy the necessary medicines for the treatment of his son. The familie’s monthly income is 3,200 USD. Mother is on the maternity leave and his father is a driver.
