Varchenko Vladislav Vladimirovich
City: Yatranovka village, Cherkasy region
Diagnosis: consequences of spinal cord injury, fracture of C5, C6 vertebrae with damage to the spinal cord in the form of paraparesis. Dysfunction of the pelvic organs.

November 10, 2018 is the day that divided the life of a young guy into “before” and “after”. Vlad rode from his grandmother on a motorcycle, and to meet a car – this is how an accident happened. Both Vlad and his mother twisted this day in their heads a hundred times, but time cannot be returned back. Before the accident, Vlad loved to play football, now he can only watch others play. During the accident, the guy’s spine was damaged, but after 3 years of rehabilitation, operations and treatment, he can already sit in a wheelchair, take the phone and hold the dishes. And after the accident, Vlad could not even move.

Vlad had dreams, but after the accident everything was erased – he has a dream, and now he has only one – to walk. To return to such a simple and familiar life for others again – when you can get up and go to school or to the yard with friends, help your mother. And the whole life of mom and Vlad became the only way to a common dream – for Vlad to start walking again. He is an adult and understands that this requires a lot of work, treatment, rehabilitation, and all this requires a lot of money. Now Vlad is finishing the 11th grade and plans to enter the university. He is still a child, but the child is an adult, and he understands perfectly well that the mother herself will not “pull out” everything.

We are asking you to help us raise funds for Vlad for a rehabilitation course at the Spine Recovery Center in Cherkasy. And we all believe that his dream will come true, and Vlad will be able to go out to his friends on his own, without a wheelchair.

City: Sivaske village, Kherson region
Diagnosis: Atonic-asthenic syndrome, mental retardation, persistent motor disorders
36000 UAH

“I’m Lisa. I am 8 soon and I continue to write my story. To write, because I can’t tell all this yet. So far, I have some sounds, small words, but not sentences, not stories, not songs. After the last course, which my mother asked you to help, I had the best result. More letters, new words, I started jumping on my feet and even running a little. My mother and I continue to learn numbers, letters, because I have a dream – I want to go to school. I know other children don’t dream about it, some don’t want to, and my mother and I dream that I can go to school and study like others, and answer questions, and teach poetry, and retell long texts, all by myself!”.

After rehabilitation in Kiev, Lisa really became much more active, faster and more collected. Her diagnosis is early CNS damage, sagging legs, arms, tongue. That’s why Lisa still doesn’t know what her peers have learned for a long time – to talk, run, jump. And for the next course in March, plans for as many as 40 days of classes, corrections, exercises and treatment with rehabilitation specialists, speech therapists, specialists, so that even more new words appeared, the tongue became even more obedient, and strength appeared in the legs.

Lysa’s father is a priest, and her mother does not work, because she spends all her time with the girl and her brother, so the amount of UAH 36,000 is not affordable for the family. We ask for help to gather for the next rehabilitation course and help Lisa to speak.

2 year old boy needs 14,500 dollars for an urgent surgery to remove the tumor !! I NEED YOUR HELP !!!

Vladislavchik’s mom- Anya Chibuk asks everyone who is not indifferent to save her son. Anya – an orphan, lost her parents early, and now she  has remained with the sick sick son.

Vladislavchik was born a healthy child and up to 5 months Anya just enjoyed motherhood. Diagnosis: Neuroblastoma ekstraintravebral (simple cancer tongue) at the level of Th8-L5, sounded like a bolt from the blue.

September 17, 2015 –  Vladislavchik was operated for the first time and partially removed the tumor. Following the operation, the baby survived six blocks of chemotherapy, after which there was a remission. The deterioration of the condition of the baby made Anya again seek funds for diagnostics, which they do not conduct in Ukraine.

On the third block of chemotherapy, a relapse occurred, the child was in extremely serious condition. Ukrainian doctors spread their hands and said that there is no treatment in Ukraine.

Vladik spent all of 2017 in Ukraine, where every 3 months they underwent a survey. The last MRI showed that the tumor began to grow. A survey in Turkey, thanks to the means of volunteers from Italy, showed that Vlad needs to urgently perform an operation so that the tumor does not pinch the nerve limbs and does not lead to irreversible serious consequences.

Now the Turkish clinic “Medical Park” put an account for 14 500 dollars.

Help Ana save the life of her son !

Diagnosis: bilateral chronic sensory and renal deafness
Necessary: UAH 756,000 for cochlear implantation

“We know that for ours, our family is just one of the thousands who are asking for help. But for us, our history is one. ”
– this is how the mother of 2-year-old Denis Saliy begins her letter. To look at Denis, you can not see anything suspicious – funny, cute, always with a smile, but the problem is in the middle ear, in the snail, the nerve hairs on the auditory nerve do not work, they can not transmit sound to the brain. Denis has bilateral chronic sensory neural deafness. Modern medicine can not give an answer – why. But for the Denis family this is a terrible fact.
Denis, does not understand that he does not hear, but will understand it soon, and it’s scary. Cure it is impossible. – but there is an output – cochlear implantation – hearing prosthetics – a device that will allow the child to hear sounds and live a high-grade life. And the cost of a cochlear implant – 756 000 UAH!
His family lives in a small house on the outskirts of Smela in the Cherkasy region. Mom and her husband bring up even the eldest son – schoolboy. A typical Ukrainian average family that does not have significant savings, car, real estate and anything valuable that could sell. Live on men’s salary and child care. In the queue for state-funded hearing aid Denis at number 276 – this means that this year’s funds will not be enough precisely, and the next is not known whether they will be. Everything the family could borrow – already borrowed and now repossess. Already collected a little more than 5,000 euros.

David is 3 years old, and he has been struggling with a non-infantile disease all the last year. The child’s body does not produce platelets. He undergoes supportive treatment and constantly has a blood transfusion. Doctors gave a chance to recover from a bone marrow transplant . Turkish MedicalPark Bancelievler Hospital, Istanbul will accept David for the treatment. They set an account at $ 120,000. It is not necessary to write that the amount is unrealistic for Olga – the mother of David, who educates the child alone, and now does not work.

Mother’s words :

“My name is Olga. Son is David. Now he is 3 years. After the last puncture and trepanobiopsis was diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome (D46) MDC, the bone marrow does not produce platelets. Regularly pour thromboconcentrate, artificially raise their number. The results of the analysis are deteriorating. Conclusion of the physician consilium is the necessity of carrying out bone marrow transplantation from a non identical donor abroad (parents do not fit as donors).

It’s hard for me to survive, but God gives me strength to fight and I will fight for the happiness and health of my son! »

CF “Modern village and town” will reresend all funds received for treatment of Balan David to the account of the clinic and will provide all necessary reports.
